For appointments:
Students may come to the counseling office before and after school to make appointments. Students are not released during class time to make appointments. Emergencies are handled on an immediate need basis.
Parents should call 478-210-7659 to schedule a parent/teacher conference. Please give your child's name, grade level, and the nature of your call. Calls are returned as soon as possible.
Transcript Requests and Recommendation Letters: All Transcripts requested through GAFutures will be free. We release transcripts on Wednesdays in GAFutures. Any hard copy (printed) transcripts are $1 each. These are usually for out of state colleges, or you need one to take with you for a college visit. Cards to request transcripts are in the counselors' office, if we have your request in by Wednesday, transcripts will be ready for pick up by the end of school Friday.
Please submit requests for recommendation letters to counselors well in advance of their deadlines. Two weeks notice is highly recommended.
